Prologue

Previously, Mirela, the Gypsy Queen met Keiko, a fairy who fixed an old log house for her to live in. Kendra moved out of the fairy forest and moved in with Mirela. Jannice and her young daughter Jessie, traveled all the way to the palace from Haven to meet the Queen. Andrew and his young son Kalvin came to Fae Land to look for a nice elf to help him raise his son. Then Zenith and her very young daughter Sarah were teleported to Fae Land by Fillina just in time before evil men got to them. Kalvin and Sarah became best of friends immediately and when Andrew and Zenith met it was love at first sight. The four of them now live together in a house in the elf village. We also got to Morgron, a huge dragon that God uses to take care of business when needed and is now sleeping just outside of Fae Land in Paxon. Quinn who is a very old yet cute pixie and a good friend of Kendra's comes out of the fairy forest and Kendra begins introducing her to some of her friends. This story begins at the palace with Alieta talking to Pippa, the Queen Of The Pixies, about Quinn.

Alieta was wondering how much truth Quinn told her about how old she was and how smart she was, so she called out for Pippa to come see her. Pippa showed up pretty fast as usual. "Yes Alieta, this better be important because I was doing nothing, said Pippa. Well, I was doing a bit of something that was not that important but want to go back to doing nothing again." "You were doing nothing but you told me this better be important. That doesn't make sense," said Alieta. "It does to me, If you were a pixie you would know exactly what I meant," said Pippa. "So what did you exactly mean just now in plain English?" asked Alieta. "Well, I was doing something that wasn't all that important but need to get it done so I want to get back to it as soon as I can after we have talked then I can lay down and do nothing like Ivy does now, said Pippa. I already get eight hours of sleep but doing nothing for an hour sounds great to me." "Don't you have things to do as a Queen?" asked Alieta. "Nope, not right now, said Pippa. I have pixies that I put in charge of keeping all these younger pixies in line. I have been around long enough to not have to take care of these nutty new pixies. So what do you want from me?" "Well it is about a pixie named Quinn," said Alieta. "What about Quinn, is she okay, nothing bad has happened to her has it? asked Pippa. I wouldn't know what to do without her when it comes to the hard stuff." "No, she is fine, I just met her today and she told me things that are hard to believe," said Alieta. "Oh good, you had me worried. Quinn won't lie to you or anyone else that I know of, said Pippa. What did she tell you?" "Well first she said that she is almost as old as you," said Alieta. "Yes, she is, I am one year older than her, said Pippa. We pretty much grew up together for the first three hundred years or was it three thousand years, I can't remember exactly, you will have to ask her, she is better with numbers than me." "Okay so she is very old then, said Alieta. So what about her causing a dragon to die? Is that true?" "Yep, but that happened much later on when humans were all over the place and other creatures started showing up out of nowhere, said Pippa. I thought she was crazy going after that dragon but she made friends with this big eagle and didn't want to see it get eaten. She knew exactly what to do and made that stupid dragon smash into a mountain. Quinn is really smart you know." "So she said and Merlin taught her what she called lots of stuff," said Alieta. "Ya she spent a lot of time with Merlin when he was young, said Pippa. Quinn was fascinated with what Merlin could do and the stuff he knew about the world. All that stuff was too complicated for me." "Hmm, okay does it hurt when you get bigger for me?" asked Alieta. "Ya, a little but I don't care, That way I don't have to look up at you as much and it passes in a bit, said Pippa. Quinn  would never get bigger for anyone, not even for you. She likes the way she is and believes that is the way God made her so if it hurts then she shouldn't be doing it. She is a bit smaller naturally than most pixies but I think she is really cute being smaller with green hair and wings." "Yes, she is very cute except when she got mad at me when I asked her to get bigger for me so I didn't have to look down so much," said Alieta. "Really, that's my girl, no other pixie would dare get mad and tell off the Queen Of Fae Land, said Pippa. If you don't respect her she will definitely won't respect you and won't care who you are. Look, Quinn is a very unique pixie. She is very smart, not Ivy or Alexa smart but she knows stuff that none of the other pixies know or even care to know. She does what she wants like other pixies but also helps other pixies when they ask her something. She has answered my questions many times. I am surprised she even came out here at all to see you though she has been getting sick of all the stupid new pixies me she wished she could live somewhere else away from them. I told her to stay in the fairy forest where there were older pixies and she met Kendra and became friends with her so she hangs out with her now all the time." "Well Kendra moved out of the forest and lives in the elf village now," said Alieta. "Really so Kendra brought her to meet you?" asked Pippa. "No she wanted Quinn to meet a four year of elf and a one year old baby elf that live here now," said Alieta. "What a baby elf is here in Fae Land now!" said Pippa. "Yes a baby girl and the four year old is a boy," said Alieta. "I have to go tell Ivy, she has to see how cute a baby elf is," said Pippa. "She has already seen them," said Alieta. "Really, how come she didn't tell me about them yet?" asked Pippa. "Maybe because you are doing nothing all the time now," said Alieta. "Oh ya, that is probably why," said Pippa.

"I can talk to Quinn if you want, said Pippa. Not sure that would do anything though, sounds to me like she was being truthful to you." "No, it was my fault and shouldn't have asked her to get bigger for me, said Alieta. She definitely knows how to speak her mind clearly." "Well Quinn never talks fast or in shortened sentences like all pixies do, said Pippa. She also knows how to speak elven and old elven. I know some elven but no old elven at all. I called her Wonder Pixie once but she didn't like that and told me to just call her Quinn. She has a big heart and a good sense of humor and can be a lot of fun to be around. She is a pixie, just not as nutty. She needs to get out of the forest for a while though. Maybe you could let her stay in the palace with someone. Pixies get very small when they go to sleep and won't take up much room." "Well I can arrange that I think, said Alieta. Just who would she stay with is the question." "Probably anyone, living with a pixie means pixie dust will be in the air and on the beds, said Pippa. Makes for great sleeping and dreams. Anyways, can I get back to finishing what I was doing that isn't that important so I can get back to doing nothing again?" "Sure go ahead, said Alieta. You told me what I needed to know." "Okay bye," then Pippa took off like a flash. Alieta walked over to Mirela that was waiting to see who was going to come out of the palace next. "Mirela, can I ask you something?" "Sure, what do you want to know?" asked Mirela. "Now I want honest answers, okay? So do you think my hair looks stupid with me wearing it up all the time?" asked Alieta. "Not really. Looks pretty to me but it probably would look good down also. If you like it up with a small tail then keep it that way," said Mirela. "Ya I do like it the way I have it best, said Alieta. What about my outfit. Does it expose my butt too much?" "Well, why do you care? Everyone around here dresses sexy, so no reason for you to be different, said Mirela. Why are you asking these questions?" "Well I made the mistake of saying the wrong thing to Quinn that made her mad and said my hair looked stupid up and I should cover my bum more, said Alieta. Pippa said she is getting frustrated having to deal with the pixies in the forest now and needs to get out for a bit. She suggested the palace." "Well Quinn seemed very nice and polite when I met her and Kendra really likes her," said Mirela. "Ya Pippa said she is really smart and has a big heart and can be fun to have around, said Alieta. Pixies get very small when they go to sleep so having room isn't an issue." "So are you suggesting I let Quinn live with us?" asked Milela. "Maybe, she used to practically live with Kendra in the fairy forest. It's just something to think about, said Alieta. Having a pixie living with you means pixie dust will be in the house keeping everything looking new and great for sleeping." "Now you are just sugar coating it, said Mirela. I will talk to Kendra and see what she thinks. I am sure she will like the idea." "Thanks Mirela, that would be great," said Alieta.

At Ktara's place, Kendra figured they best get back to the palace before Mirela started wondering where they were. "Can I ask you a big favor?" asked Quinn. "Sure what do you want?" asked Ktara. "Can I take that big chocolate treat with me to the palace?" asked Quinn. "Well, haven't you two eaten enough sweets for now?" asked Ktara. "No, it's not for me, it's for Alieta, said Quinn. I got mad at her and said things I shouldn't of. When I get mad I speak my mind without thinking it through first. I am sure she is mad at me." "What did you say to her?" asked Ktara. "Well, I called her a child and her hair looked stupid plus she shows too much of her bum in the outfit she wears," said Quinn. Ktara laughed. "I want to say sorry to her and nothing says sorry better than a chocolate treat," said Quinn. "That is true, said Ktara. Let me get a small plate to put it on so it doesn't start melting on your hand." "Can I bring one too for Alieta," asked Kendra. "Nice try, said Quinn. It would never make it to the palace." "I agree, said Ktara. Here you go and fly slowly so it doesn't slip off the plate. Tell Alieta she can keep the plate." "Okay thanks, let's go Kendra, lead the way." When they reached the palace, Kendra saw Alieta sitting on the couch. "There she is over there, said Kendra. Just be nice to her. Alieta is really nice to everyone." "I will, don't worry," said Quinn. She walked over to Alieta and knelt on the couch beside her. "Hi Alieta. I brought you a present, said Quinn. I just want to say sorry for saying the things I said to you." "Well I deserved it, said Alieta. It was your right to express yourself." "Ya I know but not like that and to the Queen. I say things out loud to people when I get mad at them without thinking first, said Quinn. Your hair doesn't look stupid but I still think it would look better down and as I have seen here so far, everyone dresses sexy here so why shouldn't you look the sexiest. Nothing wrong with being a two thousand year old hottie." Alieta smiled. "So what did you bring me?" asked Alieta. "Well, I am not sure but it is chocolate on the outside and has a candy on top, said Quinn. Ktara made it and it is the biggest treat she had left after we had some first." "Well if Ktara made it, then it will be delicious, said Alieta. Thank you Quinn. Now I had a little talk with Pippa just a while ago." "Oh okay, I kind of figured you would talk to her about me," said Quinn. "Well she confirmed everything you told me about your past and age plus other things I was unaware of," said Alieta. "Like what?" asked Quinn. "Let me just say you are quite the amazing pixie," said Alieta. "You think I am amazing?" asked Quinn with a surprised look. "Yes, I was unaware of how important you are here to the pixies plus to Pippa and that makes you important to me." "Wow, no one has ever said I was amazing and important together," said Quinn. "Well, now I want to do something for you. Pippa also told me that you are getting sick of dealing with the new pixies in the forest and need to get out and stay somewhere else, at least for a while," said Alieta. "Ya them new pixies have no respect for anyone," said Quinn. "Well, I talked to Mirela and told her a bit about you and she will let you live with her and Kendra in the elf village," said Alieta. "Really in that big house Kendra showed me!" said Quinn. "Yes but just do your fair share around there helping out," said Alieta. Living in a big house takes some work heeping it clean." "I will, I promise!" said Quinn. "Now go over there and talk to your two roommates." Quinn flew over to Mirela and Kendra. Alieta took a bite of the chocolate treat. "Wow, how do you make food taste so good Ktara," thought Alieta.

"Alieta said you are okay with me moving in with you two," said Quinn. "Yep Mirela said it is all good with her," said Kendra. "Yes so go get your stuff and bring it to the house," said Mirela. "What stuff?" asked Quinn. "Your things like soap and clothes and whatever else you may have back at the forest," said Mirela. "Pixies don't have stuff. We don't need soap or other clothes," said Quinn. "You wear the same clothes all the time and never shower?" asked Milena. "Nope our pixie dust keeps us fresh and clean including making our outfit look like new all the time, said Quinn. If I got some mud on me somewhere I would just wash it off in the pond but that has never happened because we fly mostly." "Okay so you don't need to do anything except bring yourself," said Mirela. "We should celebrate," said Kendra. "Why?" asked Mirela. "Quinn is finally free of the forest and all those crazy pixies, said Kendra and I know the perfect spot." "Really where," asked Quinn. Tobias's Outdoor Lounge. It is open now and he sells wine," said Kendra. "Who is Tobias?" asked Mirela. "Ivy's sort of boyfriend," said Quinn. "He is a forest sprite too but she broke up with him a while ago when he was not doing anything but now he has the lounge and is doing good business," said Kendra. "So why is he Ivy's sort of boyfriend if she broke up with him?" asked Mirela. "Well, she still loves him and checks up on him every day making sure no other girls are hitting on him. No one will because everyone knows Tobias is Ivy's man. They are both too young to settle down and have a family. They have the perfect relationship, they both get to do what they want and still see each other almost every day." Mirela smiled. "Well you two go, I am still hanging out here for some, said Mirela. I will see you back at the house later." "Okay, let's go," said Kendra. "Wait, here take this money. I am sure the wine isn't free," said Mirela. "Thanks Mirela I forgot about that. Okay now we can go, said Kendra. Follow me Quinn." When they reached the lounge, Tobias had just finished getting everything ready for the day. They both flew down and Kendra sat on the corner of the bench and Quinn sat beside her. "Hi Kendra, nice to see you again, who is your pretty pixie friend?" asked Tobias. "This is Quinn and she is moving into the house we have in the elf village so we are celebrating," said Kendra. "Well, then what would you two like then?" asked Tobias. Two glasses of red wine and keep them coming," said Kendra. "Okay, but that could get expensive after a bit, said Tobias, why don't you just buy a bottle and leave it on the table." "What if we taste it and it isn't what we want?" asked Quinn. "Tell you what, I will give you both half a glass first and if you like it then buy the bottle, said Tobias. If not try another one." "Okay that sounds like a good plan," said Quinn. "You do have money, right?" asked Tobias. "Yep, here see," then Kendra tossed the money on the table that Mirela gave her. "Is that enough?" "It sure is, said Tobias. I will be right back." "I like it here, said Quinn. Nice flowers and green grass everywhere." "Yep he did a good job with the place," said Kendra. "Okay, here you two go, take a taste of this red wine," said Tobias. He put both glasses on the table with wine in each glass. "I can't reach mine from here, said Quinn. Push the table closer to me Kendra. You are nice and strong." "Why don't you sit on the table, said Tobias. You are very light." "Okay, good idea," said Quinn then got up on the table and tasted the wine. "This is very good, said Quinn, what do you think Kendra?" "Yep I like it," said Kendra. "I thought you would. So I will get you the bottle, said Tobias. Ivy should be here soon also. She always comes here around this time to check on me and have a glass of wine." "So you are okay with the breakup?" asked Kendra. "We are not really broken up, and we get to do what we both like doing so all is good, said Tobias. When there is no one here we make out where you are sitting for a bit." "Really, she never told me that," said Kendra. "With Ivy you have to ask her things or she won't tell you. Ivy has no secrets and neither do I," said Tobias.

Tobias went into the back room to get the bottle of wine and just as he told Kendra, Ivy came flying in and sat beside Kendra. "Hi Kendra and Quinn, I wasn't expecting you two here, especially you Quinn," said Ivy. "Quinn is moving in with Mirela and me so we are celebrating her getting out of the fairy forest," said Kendra. "Well, that is good news. I sensed you were not happy around all the other pixies for a while now," said Ivy. "Yep I am finally free," said Quinn. "That is worth celebrating," said Ivy. Tobias came out with the bottle of wine. "Hi Ivy, I'll go get you your glass of wine, then he went back. "Why don't you have some of this wine, said Kendra. It is good." "I know but he makes a special glass of wine for me with three different kinds of wine poured into a special glass," said Ivy. "Oh okay, he does something special for his special girl," said Kendra. "Of course, he knows a good thing when he sees it," said Ivy. "He told us you two make out on the bench here when there are no customers," said Kendra. "Of course, wouldn't you, he is a hot guy. Well no he is your man," said Kendra. "What if he wasn't mine, would you then?" asked Ivy. "Umm, maybe but I am not into getting involved with a guy right now," said Kendra. "Neither am I, we are just kissing, that's all," said Ivy. Quinn started to giggle. Tobias came out with Ivy's drink. "Here you go, just how you like it," said Tobias. "Thank you Tobias, today is Friday so you should have a busy day," said Ivy. "I know, I have Penny coming in soon then Sally will be here after her shift at the palace," said Tobias. "Really, they are both pregnant," said Ivy. "I know but they want to make extra money to buy baby supplies and stuff, said Tobias. So what are your plans for today?" "I just changed them," said Ivy. "I am going to take these two girls to Haven and bring them to the Steampunk Tavern." "Where is Haven?" asked Kendra. "That is the human village, said Ivy. They rebuilt the entire place and now it looks great." "But Tobias just brought out this full bottle of wine," said Quinn. He can put the cork back in, right Tobias?" asked Ivy. "I suppose so, you're the boss," said Tobias. "No I'm not, you are," said Ivy. "Well I like to think so," said Tobias. "Drink up girls, we are going to Haven, said Ivy, the drinks are on me."

Okay I am finished," said Ivy. "Me too," said Kendra. "Not me yet," said Quinn. "What is taking you so long?" asked Ivy. "Come on, this is a big glass and I have a small mouth," said Quinn. Well just leave it, there is a lot more where we are going, said Ivy. Besides, you shouldn't be drinking wine, it is too strong for pixies." "No, it isn't, said Quinn. I have drank wine before." "How much?" asked Ivy. "Just one glass and I liked it," said Quinn. "Read the label on the bottle and tell me what it says about alcohol," said Ivy. "Okay, alcohol, seventeen percent. That is not much." "It is eighty three percent less than a hundred percent, said Ivy. For you it is and me too. You drink two and a half glasses of the wine that size and your head will be on the table sleeping. We are going to drink beer which is just five percent alcohol. That way I won't need to carry you home." "I have never drank beer before," said Quinn. "I have and it is good, said Kendra. You will like it." "Okay then let's go then," said Quinn then took another mouthful. "Alright, follow me. Bye Tobias, see you tomorrow maybe," said Ivy then they flew off. Once they reached the Steampunk Tavern, Ivy looked in the window. Yep someone is moving around in there so it is open," said Ivy. They walked in then Ivy took them to a table that was set up then the waitress came over. "Hi Ivy, you are here early, I haven't even set up all the tables yet." "Hi Kimmy, we are celebrating today. This is Kendra and this is Quinn," said Ivy. "Nice to meet you both. Are you a pixie? You look too small to be a fairy," said Kimmy. "Yep I sure am," said Quinn. "Cool, I have never seen a pixie before, you are very cute," said Kimmy. "Sure you have, said Quinn, Haven't you looked out your window after it gets dark?" "Yes but all I have seen is fireflies all over the place," said Kimmy. "There are no insects in Fae Land. Those are tiny pixies flying around spreading pixie dust everywhere," said Quinn. "Wow you sure can get small," said Kimmy. "Yep, so small you can barely see us," said Quinn. "So what can I get you three?" "Three regular beers, said Ivy. And what have you got in the way of snacks that goes good with beer?" "Well we got our new popcorn maker in now and popcorn goes great with beer plus is not very filling," said Kimmy. "Sounds good," said Ivy. "So put this on your tab?" asked Kimmy. "Yes please," said Ivy. "What is popcorn?" asked Quinn. "Beats me but she said it goes good with beer," said Ivy.

In a couple of minutes, Kimmy came back with three glasses of beer and a big bowl of buttered popcorn. She put the popcorn in the middle of the table and then placed a beer in front of each of them. "Okay just call when you need another beer," said Kimmy. "So that is popcorn, said Kendra. Looks weird." "Smells good, said Ivy. Let's try one." Kendra and Ivy took one popped kernel and ate it. "This is good," said Kendra. "Ya, I like it too. Quinn try some popcorn, said Ivy." Quinn was up on her knees, holding onto the glass of beer with both hands and was drinking it down. She stopped and burped. "Oops, pardon me. Beer tastes really good," said Quinn. Then she put the glass back up to her mouth. "You don't have to drink so fast," said Kendra. "Yes I do, beer is heavy too," said Quinn. Ivy smiled. "Put the glass down for a minute, said Ivy. Kimmy can you come here for a second." "Yes, is the popcorn okay?" asked Kimmy, "Yes it is very good, said Ivy. Quinn may be cute and all but pixies are not very strong and that glass of beer is too heavy for her." "Oh I am sorry Quinn let me put it in a smaller glass for you, said Kimmy. Wow, you drank half of it already." "Yep, it took a bit to get the glass to my mouth but once I got it there I wasn't going to stop, said Quinn. "Well you won't have to work so hard anymore, said Kimmy. Have some popcorn while I switch this for you."

They sat and talked for a for bit and ordered another round of beer. "So what's new with you Ivy?" asked Kendra. "Well yesterday I met Morgron," said Ivy. "Who is that?" asked Kendra. "He is a huge dragon that is sleeping in Paxon right now," said Ivy. "A dragon, what the heck is a dragon doing sleeping in Paxon? Why would you want to meet a dragon?" asked Kendra. "Well, he is friendly and does stuff for God when he needs things taken care of. He told me some really cool stories," said Ivy. Kendra looked over at Quinn and saw her head lying on the table. "Quinn, are you okay?" asked Kendra. "Her eyes are closed, said Ivy. Looks like we just found out what her limit is. Actually, I am amazed she drank as much as she did with wine earlier then drank half of that big glass of beer she could barely hold then another full small beer. Didn't even touch the one she has now. Looks like she ate some popcorn and then took a nap." "A nap, she is passed out," said Kendra. "Ya for a little bit. She will wake up nice and fresh though, said Ivy. Pixies rejuvenate when they sleep. She will be good as new in the morning. But it is just past lunch time," said Kendra. "I know, I didn't say how long it would take for her to rejuvenate," said Ivy. Well I have to bring her home, said Kendra. Too bad she isn't smaller and I could fly her home easier." "I will take her, said Ivy you just lead the way." Kimmy we need to take Quinn home. She is having a nap." "Well looks like she can't hold her alcohol," said Kimmy. "Well seeing that pixies don't drink I think she did pretty good," said Ivy. "Okay I will box up the rest of the popcorn for you, said Kimmy. Just give me a minute." So that ends our little celebration," said Kendra. "Yep, next time she wants to celebrate, get Ktara to bake her a cake," said Ivy.

 After they left the tavern and got to the house Kendra opened the front door and asked Ivy to bring Quinn upstairs. "So what bed do I put her on?" asked Ivy. "My bed over there, said Kendra. Ivy laid Quinn down on the bed. "I guess she will need her own bed too," said Kendra. "Not really, pixies can sleep anywhere," said Ivy. "No kidding, said Kendra I just saw that." "No I mean they get very small before they go to sleep and look for the best spot, said Ivy. It could be up there on one of those support logs or on the dresser. Even on your bed and you wouldn't even know she was there. You can have a bed made for her but it would have to be very small." "So why isn't she small now?" asked Kendra. "Probably because she passed out and didn't get a chance to get smaller, said Ivy. She might later if she wakes up in the middle of the night so just be careful where you lay down tonight. So let's go down to the kitchen then you fill a bowl with some of that popcorn then I am going to let Alieta try some. If she likes it then I will go back to Haven and ask Cathy where they got that popcorn making machine. Then we can get popcorn at the palace also." "Okay, I don't need much, it will be supper time in a bit," said Kendra. I will lay down beside her and make sure she is okay. I never seen a drunk pixie before." Neither have I but she was fun and kinga funny while she lasted, said Ivy. Okay, see you later, then Ivy went downstairs, put some popcorn in a bowl then left. When Ivy got to the palace Mirela was talking to Alieta out front of the palace. She dropped down close to them both. "Hi Ivy, what do you have there?" asked Alieta. "Popcorn from the tavern in Haven," said Ivy. "What were you doing there?" asked Alieta. "Celebrating with Kendra and Quinn," said Ivy. "You took Quinn to the tavern, pixies don't drink alcohol, said Alieta there are nutty enough without drinking." "I know that now but when I went to Tobias's lounge she was drinking a glass of wine and said she drank wine before, said Ivy. So I figured it was just another thing that was different about her. We drank beer instead because it wasn't as strong as wine and it was still early." "Okay, so where is she now?" asked Alieta. "Sleeping at home on Kendra's bed, said Ivy. She passed out at the tavern so we took her home. She didn't drink that much so I guess a little is too much for her. Kendra is keeping an eye on her. Anyway, try some popcorn, it is really good." "Can I try too?" asked Mirela. "Sure go ahead," said Ivy. They both took a handful and tasted it. "This is good, nice and buttery," said Alieta. "Yes I like it too," said Mirela. "Well, I am going to go back to Haven and find out where they got that popcorn maker. Then you can put it in the kitchen and make popcorn for everyone too," said Ivy. "Well was it hard to make?" asked Alieta. "Well it only took Kimmy a couple minutes to make a big bowl so I would say it is really easy," said Ivy.

The next morning Mirela got up and saw that Kendra was still sleeping on her bed but Quinn was not to be seen. "Kendra, aren't you going to get up? It's morning," said Mirela. "Why did you wake me, I just got to sleep," said Kendra. "Really, how come?" asked Mirela. "I laid down beside Quinn but kept checking to see if she had gotten small. I didn't want to accidently roll over on her if I fell asleep so I tried sleeping on the floor but that was too uncomfortable then I got beside you but then you rolled over you knocked me on the floor." "Okay, so go back to sleep and I will see what she found for breakfast, said Mirela. Then I will go to town and buy some ice cream." "Okay, whatever," said Kendra then went back to sleep. "Wow she must be tired," thought Mirela. "Getting ice cream didn't make her happy." Mirela went downstairs and saw Quinn looking in the ice box that had most of its containers on the kitchen table open. "Quinn, what are you doing?" asked Mirela. "Good morning, I am just trying to find something sweet to eat, said Quinn. Nothing in here is sweet, I need sugar to get my wings energized." "Did you look in the cupboard? asked Mirela. There is sugar coated corn flakes in there." "No Kendra told me to look in the ice box," said Quinn. "Here put all the lids on this stuff and get it all back in the ice box and I will get you a bowl of cereal," said Mirela. "Okay, thank you," said Quinn. After they both had a bowl of cereal, Mirela asked Quinn if she wanted to go to town with her and do a bit of shopping for food. "Okay, we better let Kendra sleep more. "I hear music in there, said Quinn. Let me check the door." "It is probably just people working in there," said Mirela. "Well it smells like Ktara's kitchen to me, said Quinn and that means sweets."
