The Meeting

Alexa gathered all the girls up and they met at Tempressa's place seeing she had the biggest house. Oaklyn said that they would just agree with what every everyone else decided because they would all take up too much room. When they were all present. Alexa chaired the meeting and started asking everyone if they had bought Ivy anything yet for her birthday. Well I am going up to my Ice Palace to look around for something that she might like, said Tempressa. I think I have something there that she would like. So what is it, asked Alexa. Oh it is a snow ball scene that I made a long time ago. You shake it and snow crystals fall down onto the house and yard in the glass container. It is filled with water so that is how it works. Nice and simple. Ivy likes stuff like that, said Tempressa. Ya she would like that from you a lot, said Ktara. Well anyone else have something already planned for Ivy, asked Alexa. Everyone shook their head. Oh boy, we have our work cut out for us, said Alexa. Now Tempressa's gift is simple and personal plus I bet it is very pretty to look at, said Alexa. Oh yes. I love it, very girly like, said Tempressa. So something simple and doesn't have to be that expensive but represents each of us that Ivy will like, said Alexa. So lets all think about what we all like about each other and it has to do nothing with us fighting creatures and stuff. Just what we do as regular people here in Fae Land. Everyone looked around at each other for a bit. Not sure if this is going to work, said Carmen. I look around at everyone and I see lots of different things that I like about each and every one of you. Each person here has a bunch of good traits that I like and love having you as a friend. You for example Alexa. I like how short you are and how cute you are also plus you smile a lot and go out of your way to help people. I love how smart you are and a fast runner. There is more but put it all together and that is why everyone loves you. How does someone wrap that up in a present? Hmm ya I see what you mean, said Alexa. I think it is time to get help from the expert, said Alexa. Who is that? asked Paisley. Pippa of coarse, said Alexa. She knows Ivy the best of everyone. Let me call her and see if she will come, said Alexa. Pippa can you come to Tempressa's place. The team needs your help.

Has Pippa ever been here before? asked Alexa to Tempressa. Nope never, said Tempressa. Oh so that may not work then, said Alexa. So where has Pippa been before, asked Alexa. Ivy's place as far as I know, said Ktara. Well that is out of the question, said Alexa. Can't go to her place seeing it is her gifts we need to know about. Pippa showed up a few minutes later. Okay there you all are, said Pippa. Do you know how many doors I had to knock on to find this place. Well not too many but enough, said Pippa. Everyone smiled. Good thing Tempressa is well liked downtown now. They all seem to know where she lived. Now let me guess, you all want help with Ivy's birthday presents. Yep that is correct, said Alexa. We tried to figure out what each of us could give her that was personal and something that Ivy liked most about each and every one of us but it is too complicated. Yep, it sure is, said Pippa. Now I helped out Alieta and Ginger plus Jessica and Jazmen yesterday. They are all giving her something very personal to Ivy that they know she likes that is special to each one of them. You all can't do that, said Pippa. Why not? asked Carmen. Ivy likes lots of things about each of us. Exactly, there is to many things about each and every one of you she loves. You can't just pick one thing and figure that will be the one, you all are too complex with amazing talents and skills, said Pippa. So what do we all do then? asked Alexa. Well I would think that you all will have to do it the old fashion way, said Pippa. What is that? asked Alexa. Go shopping of coarse. Sitting here trying to figure out what to get her won't work. You have to be in the store seeing things. Just her knowing that you all went out to get her something will be good enough for Ivy. You will find something that she will like. Just a hint though, Ivy likes to figure things out like Alexa so things like a puzzle or board games even brain teasers. It doesn't have to be something personal from you all. Just something you know she would like as a birthday present, said Pippa.

Ya you are right as usual Pippa, said Alexa. Now this wasn't a waste of time you all getting together to put your heads together. It shows me that you all really love Ivy and what to make her happy plus now you all can leave together and go shopping for her, said Pippa. So she doesn't need anything expensive like jewelry so stay away from that store. No clothing either, she rarely wears any other style that she has on now. Go into nick knack stores probably. Buy something that she would hang on the wall or put on her dresser or in the living room on a table. Board games are good that the three of them can play together but I don't know what is around here in Fae Land. That is the best I can do for all of you so you better get going because the stores all close in six hours, said Pippa. Then she disappeared. Well as usual Pippa gave us what we needed to know and she is right, said Alexa. Thinking about what she would like is not the same as actually shopping for something. Ya and one thing all us girls like to do is shop! said Paisley. Okay lets all go, like Pippa said we have a dead line. Lets hit the main town. They have the best stores and are walking distance from here, said Alexa. You all do that while I go to my ice palace and get that winter snow dome, said Tempressa. Where is that? asked Alexa. Pretty far, just a bit past my sister's place, said Tempressa. I will be back later on tonight.
