Prolog

 Viridian had been living in the palace for a week now and only once did she have to go out with the team to help a city where all the soldgeirs wore metal armor and helmets. Now this was the first time that the rest of the team got to see Viridian in full gear and even though everyone thought the gear was very exsessive for a girl that had a powerful spear they kept their mouth shut except for Carman that told her her out fit made her look wierd and it was an ugly outfit. One night,Viridian looked at her fighting outfit and could see why Camen kept referring it as being scary. She then thought to her self, All the other girls on the team have awesome outfits and kinda sexy too plus they are enhanced for extra protection. Maybe Alieta has something that will fit me that will not look so scary and may be lighter and easier to put on. She then went to bed and fell asleep. Alieta had gotten used to having Viridian in the palace with her and the stories they shared with each other at dinner time. Still she kept thinking of what Gabriel told her about Viridian going to be more important than just being on the team and about some new girl coming to Fae land soon yet there has been no sign of any such person yet. In the mean time she would go out on the steps when everyone else was in bed asleeep and call for Pippa to come and talk with her and watch the pixies flying around spreading pixie dust everywhere. Alieta got to know alot more about Pippa that shared all kinds of stories with her dating back before she was even born...

Viridian's Outfit Change

  In the morning Viridian found her clothes outside her bedroom door all clean and folded for her as usual. My these elves take good care of me, she thought to herself. she got dressed and went down stairs for breakfast and Alieta was their waiting for her. Now that looks nice on you, said Alieta. Actually everything you have worn looks good on you. She sat down and they had breakfast together. Viridian looked up and said, "I don't want to seem greedy or anything but I was just wondering something". Wondering what? asked Alieta. Well all the other girls on the team have very nice outfits and kinda sexy too, plus they are inhanced for extra protection. Camen keeps saying my outfit is scary looking and she is correct but it was necessary back in the day plus it is not enhanced at all, said Viridian. I see, said Alieta. So you want to fit in better and be more comfortable, said Alieta. I was unaware that your outfit did not have the extra enchantments. I was just wondering if you had anything in that locked room with the word "Armory" written on it that would look better on me, said Viridian. Alieta smiled at her. I know exactly what would look good on you and it is special, said Alieta. I keep it hidden in a chest and locked so no one else gets to use it until I decide it is time to bring it out. Viridian's eyes opened wide as she smiled. You go upstairs to your room after breakfast and I will get it for you to try on, said Alieta. It may or may not fit you but only one way to find out. It is magical and unlike any other gear in the armory. What kind of magic? asked Viridian. Lets wait and see it it will fit you properly first, said Alieta. After they finished eating, Viridian went up to her room to wait for Alieta as she went to the armory.

  In about five minuites Alieta knocked on her door and Viridian let her in. I hope you like red, asked Alieta. I love red, said Viridian. There are so many parts to this out fit though, Alieta said. Viridain spread it out on the bed and looked it all over. So go ahead put it on, said Alieta. I want to see how it looks on you. Okay, said Viridian as she took off her clothes and started putting on this new gear. As she was putting it on she noticed that it was very light and she could barely feel it on her. Once she got the last boot on she stood up and went to the mirror and had a look at herself. It is magnificent looking on me, said Viridian, Kind of sexy too. Turn around and let me have a look, said Aleita. Are you kidding, you are very sexy looking in that outfit on top of looking dangerous, said Alieta. Now Carmen is going to be jellious of you a bit I am sure. Oh she has the pretty girly thing going for her and anything would look good on her, said Viridian. Ya you are right, said Aleita. Grab your spear and pose for me, said Alieta. Viridian grabed it and struck a simple pose. Now that is the look of a hot female hero if I have ever seen one, said Alieta. Viridian began to blush but she knew Alieta was right. Wait until the other's see you in that, said Alieta. Now I told you it was special and that it is, said Alieta. Okay, special how, asked Viridian. Well this outfit was not made by my elves. It was made a long time ago during the great wars of the west. It was made for a famous warrior that doubled as a spy. Her name was Vanishia The Great. She was one of the reasons why the lands are free now and safe for the most part now out there. What happened to her, asked Viridian. Well I hear she died a about a century ago. We used to be good friends during the wars but lost contact with each other when I became queen here and she became a queen in Everlast. How she died confused me because most sprites don't just die natural deaths. So how did you get her outfit then, asked Viridian. Well one day a very good looking male sprite came to me while I was exercising outside of the palace and handed me a box. He said he was told to deliver it to you when Vanisha died. I started to cry hearing that she was dead. He told me to stop crying because she died a hero and for some reason he said she had no pain as she layed on her bed. She said to me that she lived long and it was time to go to a better place. She told me to have my outfit removed and get he elves to clean it then deliver it to you in Fae Land. It was then that she closed her eyes and died in front of me. Oh my god, said Viridian, such a sad story. Well he said goodbye and live long then flew away. I never saw him again, said Alieta. Awe you let him get away, said Viridian. Yes I did, said Alieta but I was wondering why she would give me the outfit. I took to my room and opened it and saw a note that was sitting on top of her nicely wraped outfit. The note started with, "This is my warriors outfit that I know you loved seeing me in it. I have no need for it and probably you don't either now. If you every find someone that deserves to wear it again and it excepts them then please let them give it life again". I wondered what she meant by giving it life again so I read on. "The outfit will fit perfectly to that deserves it and will become part of her thoughts and body while wearint it. It is magical in that it will cloak that person like you saw it did for me and what ever weapons she may be carring too by just thinking invisiable". The main magic comes from the top portion of the suit so that person can still go completely invisible without wearing the boots if she chooses. One last thing about the suit, it will only work with a Fae be them a sprite or elf with human form. The rest of the letter was about our good old times and is just personal stuff. So this outfit can make me invisible, asked Viridian. That is what she said in the letter so lets try it, said Alieta. Okay so what do I do next, asked Viridian. Mostly nothing I suppose, just think invisible, said Alieta. Viridian thought invisible and she instantly vanished. Look at that, said Alieta, It works! Now how do I become visiable again, again asked Viridian. At that moment she was no longer invisible. Oh that was easy, said Viridian. I got to show Gabiel this, said Alieta. Get invisible and lets play a game on her.

Okay when I call her she will show up in a few seconds so make sure you are behind her and you tap touch her then get out of the way. Okay but is it okay to tease her like that? asked Viridian. She has a sence of humor and besides it will make us even for all the times she appeared behind me and startled me, said Alieta. Okay you ready. Yep, sure am, said Viridian. Good, go invisible. She called for Gabriel and as always she appeared fast . Hi Alieta, what is up? asked Gabriel. I just wanted to see you for a minute, said Alieta. Is that Viridian's spear, is this her room? asked Gabriel. Yep it is, sais Alieta. So where is she? asked Gabriel. Oh she is around, said Alieta. Viridian then touched Gabriel's shoulder then moved back. Hey what was that? asked Gabriel. What was what? asked Alieta. Something just touched me on the shoulder, said Gabriel. I didn't see anything, said Alieta. Viridian then touched her other shoulder and moved back. There it was again. Hmm, I can tell you are not lying to me but I can tell you are up to something Alieta, said Gabriel. Viridian went to touch Gabriel again but she turned fast and grabbed Viridian's wrist. Gotcha, said Gabriel. Alieta started laughing. Okay Viridian go visible., said Alieta. Viridian went visible with Gabriel looking right at her. then her eyes opened wide. That is Vanishia's outfit, said Gabriel. Where did you find it? that outfit has been missing for years. It was delivered to me just after she died, said Alieta. I kept it locked up and hidden in my armory. I couldn't wear it but Viridian can. I see that, at least now I do, said Gabriel. 

  I can't wait to tell Vanisha that you found a girl to wear her outfit, said Gabriel. She is alive? asked Alieta. Well not really, she is a saint and does some nice work here on earth. Very good at helping people, said Gabriel. I will ask her to come visit you when she has some time, said Gabriel. Okay off I go, an angels work is never done. Then Gabriel vanished. You see, I told you she wouldn't get upset, said Alieta. It was very funny to watch the look on her face but now get back into your regualar clothes and lets go outside for some fresh air, said Alieta. After Viridian got changed, they both went outside and Alieta went to the sun dial as usual. I have seen that here before, said Viridian. What is it she asked. It is a sun dial, a gift from Cumberland. It tells the time during the day, said Alieta. How does it work? asked Viridian. Well as the sun rises in the morning it hits this plate that casts a shadow pointing at one of the numers that circle the face of the dial, said Alieta. As you can see it is a little past eight right now. That is so cool, said Viridian. It only works when it is sunny though, but it usually is around here, said Alieta. So the guy that delivered the outfit to you, was he a pixie or a sprite like you, asked Viridian. Oh he was definately a sprite. I wonder what he is doing now days, said Alieta. Do you think he is still alive? asked Vividren. Oh yes, us sprites can live forever. Oh, yeah, I forgot, said Viridian. Pixies are everlasting too, said Alieta. So what does a pixie look like, asked Viridian. Well they look a bit like a sprite but with colourful wings and can skrink very small and fly extremely fast. Fastest beings on the planet, said Alieta. And they are the ones with pixie dust too. Here let me, call Pippa. She is a bit nutty but very nice and usually funny as pixies tend to be.

Alieta yelled out "Pippa I want you to meet someone." In a few moments Pippa appeared. Hi Alieta, how may I serve you on this beautiful day. I want you to meet Viridian, she is the newest member of the team and has never seen a pixie before, said Alieta. Hmm, she looks familar, said Pippa. Didn't I see you with Zatsuky and Tempressa in the woods? asked Pippa. That was you? you moved around so much I didn't get a good look at you, said Viridian. Well I am not moving now, what do you think, ain't I beautiful, said Pippa. Well not as beautiful as Alieta she is super hot and you are very pretty too but very tall yet you have elf ears, elves don't get this tall except for Tempressa and Zatsuky are pretty tall too but they are special elves. Viridian is special also, said Alieta. Oh okay that makes sense then, said Pippa. You know I was going to come and see you today but waited until you finished your breakfast. We have been having a problem in the woods for the past few days. Really, what kind of problem? asked Alieta. Well there is this girl that has been driving us pixies crazy lately. Well I know we are nutty to start with but she is making us nuttier, said Pippa. So who is she, is it an elf? asked Alieta. Nope she is a forest sprite that lives in the west woods with us now, said Pippa. She used to live somewhere else but now she is here. Now it is really nice to have a forest sprite in the woods because they love plants and trees and they love her back and makes them grow healthy and strong but this sprite is being childish. It was funny at first but now it is getting to be very annoying. So what is she doing? asked Alieta, forest sprites always stick to themselves and rarely mingle with other people. Not this one, she gets invisible then comes up to a pixie on the ground then pushes her or trips her then becomes visible and flies away laughing, said Pippa. Other time she will pick a pixie right out of the air them make a funny face then take off laughing again. She is really fast for a forest sprite. All the pixies are calling her The Trickster now. First of all forest sprites can't go invisible, said Alieta. Seeing that she is actually showing herself to you is not normal eith because they are loners and always stay out of sight so are you sure she is a Forest sprite? asked Alieta. Oh I know my sprites, said Pippa but this one is knock down gorgeous with very pretty green hair and eyesand green nails too. Very sexy outfit too made from vines and other plants. That is a forest sprite for sure and the prettest girl I have ever seen in my life and I have been around for a long time. Well that sure does sound like a forest sprite, they are known to be the most beautiful of all breads of sprites. What even prettier than Alieta? asked Viridia. Well not to sound disrespectfull but yes, said Pippa. I kind of like her but she never sits and talks to anyone. She just plays her trickster games on everyone. Why would you like her is she is bothing you? asked Viridian. Because she likes to play and pixies love to play also, she just has a different way of playing I guess, said Pippa. Okay I think I can help you with a couple of other friends, said Viridian. How? asked Pippa. Leave that up to me but I think all we need to do is trap her so we can talk to her and see what her problem is. Trap her, good plan, said Pippa. Don't know how you are going to do that but still a good plan. Just come in the woods when you are ready, and call for me. Then Pippa got very small and flew off like a flash.
