She has stripes like a tiger, has eyes and claws like a tiger and even her hair is the same colour as Shasta's but without stripes. She is very nice for a girl that was brought up in the jungle by tigers. She is really out of her element here though but as Alieta said, God always brings all the special people and animals to Fae Land." "Really, so why is she special other than how she looks?" asked Ivy. "Lots of things, she has better eyesight than even you, she runs just as fast as a tiger and is very strong. I can tell she is very smart but so far just pixies in the jungle taught her stuff. Not the best teachers to have." Ivy smiled. "I wonder where she is going to live? She can't have any money and I doubt Alieta wants a tiger living in the palace, said Ivy. Maybe at your place, it does have a lot of plants there that grow in jungles." "I already thought of that but they won't be able to come and go as they please without me letting them in and out all the time, said Lily. Remember the trees that keep people out. They have no magic so they can't control the pond even if that was possible." "Maybe you could make a place for them somewhere, said Ivy. Though Alieta has probably already thought about this stuff so best we let her take care of her and Shasta for now. She always figures something out. Okay, let's go back to the palace so I can meet Tigressa." "Okay, that sounds good. Oscar is probably getting lonely anyway, he is really funny and knows a lot of stuff," said Lily. "Ya an owl that can talk that stays awake during the day, said Ivy. Okay let's head out." They both flew out of the cove then when they got close to the palace Ivy saw Tigressa riding Shasta around. They both flew down to see what was going on. "Hi Tigressa, what are you doing out here?" asked Lily. "Just giving Shasta some exercise, said Tigressa. Alieta told me to just stay around here for now." "Has she come up with a place for you to live yet?" asked Lily. "Not yet, we can live in the woods if need be but Alieta said no to that and is waiting for her friend Ginger to come out of the palace." said Tigressa. "Okay, I can make a place for both of you but I need to find out where so I am heading over there to see what is going on and talk to Oscar too, said Lily. This is Ivy and she wanted to meet you, she already met Shasta. See you in a bit then Lily flew off." "So you are Ivy the forest sprite that Alieta mentioned to me, said Tigressa. "Yep, I usually read new people for Alieta but Lily already did that so I don't have to, said Ivy. I never heard of a tiger letting someone ride on their back before." "I have never met anyone that can talk to trees either so I guess we are even," said Tigressa. Ivy smiled. "Can I ask you something," said Tigressa" "Sure anything," said Ivy. "How does a person that looks like me, get gold coins to trade for things? asked Tigressa. Alieta said things are not free in the town and gold coins are needed." "Well how you look is not a problem but I am not sure what you can do to earn money yet, said Ivy. Leave it with me and I will ask around. Just depends on what you learned in the jungle I suppose." "Just how to speak and count plus read some from the pixies and how to survive in the jungle from the tigers, said Tigressa. Other than that everything here is very new and strange to me but a good strange." "I imagine it is but you will get used to things here. Let Lily find out where she can make you two a home first then we will work on the money thing after," said Ivy.

Lily saw Alieta outside talking to Ginger so she flew down to see what they were talking about. "Hi, can I ask what you are talking about or is this private?" asked Lily. "No this is not private, we are just trying to figure out what to do about Tigressa and Shasta," said Alieta. "So what have you come up with so far?" asked Lily. Oscar flew down in front of Lily. "They got nothing, said Oscar. The pretty sexy Queen and the cute elf can't seem to figure it out." "We have some ideas, said Alieta but none include a tiger so far, said Alieta. That is the tough part of finding a place where they both can live and not scare anyone." "You take it from here Lily, you seem to be smarter than both of them," said Oscar. "Why are you insulting us?" asked Ginger. "No insult just facts, that is what I deal with," said Oscar. "Okay then what do you think Lily?" asked Ginger. "I can make a place where they both can live together that is easy, said Lily. Ivy and I already talked about this and now all we need is a place to put it." "But that is the problem. Where do we put a girl who looks like a tiger that has a tiger that will not make people around them scared or uncomfortable?" asked Ginger. "Have you met Tigressa and Shasta yet?" asked Lily. "Not face to face yet but they keep running back and forth here and that is one big strong tiger, said Ginger. My job is to take care of everyone's well being here." "I thought that was Alieta's job," said Lily. "It is my job, said Alieta. Ginger listen to Lily and figure it out together, I am going inside to tell everyone about Tigressa and Shasta. I am sure they will all be happy to meet them." Then Alieta went inside. "Looks like Alieta is mad at you Ginger," said Oscar. "Why do you say that?" asked Ginger. "She didn't like what you said to Lily about you doing her job and worried about everyone else, then she left and told you to figure it out, said Oscar. Doesn't take a genius to see she wasn't happy." "Never mind I have an idea, said Lily. I think I know the perfect place to put their home." "You do, and where will that be?" asked Ginger. "I will tell you when we get back," said Lily. "We, who is we?" asked Ginger. "Tigressa, Shasta and me," said Lily. "I don't think they should leave this area just yet," said Ginger. "Look, Shasta is a very friendly animal, just like Tillia and the other unicorns, said Lily. Tigressa is a very special girl who is confused and scared right now. Sally met Shasta and loved her even Oscar likes Shasta and he is a bird. Stop worrying about everyone else and start taking care of her like you are exposed to, said Lily then flew over to where Ivy was still talking to Tigressa. "So how did it go over there?" asked Ivy. "Well Alieta got mad at Ginger and I got mad at her too and I think Oscar was just enjoying everybody getting mad at each other, said Lily. The thing is they haven't figured anything out yet but I am pretty sure I have the answer." "Care to share that with me?" asked Ivy. "I think that making a home for the two of them in the elf village is the best place for everyone," said Lily. Sally really like Shasta and she is an elf." "Okay, I can see that but where?" asked Ivy. "Close to where Sakura lives, said Lily. There is plenty of space there and it is near the end of the village with not a lot of homes around. I am sure Sakura will love Shasta after I talk to her plus Yeanny and Zotac are both wizards that definitely won't be afraid of a tiger. To me, I think they will be perfect neighbors." "You know, I think you are right, it would be the perfect spot and Sakura doesn't care what people look like but Tigressa is actually very pretty," said Ivy. "Yep, Sakura will have Tigressa on her best friend list for sure, she has a very big list of best friends you know," said Lily. "Yes I know so do you need me to help?" "Nope I want you to tell Ginger what I am doing, she is acting weird today," said Lily. "Weird how?" asked Ivy. "I am not sure, ask Oscar, he seems to have all the answers, said Lily. "Okay, are you two ready to meet your new neighbors?" "If you think this will be good then yes," said Tigressa. "Okay then follow me," said Lily, and then the three of them left for the village. Once they reached Sakura's place Lily brought them around the back. "Now you two stay right here. I am going to talk to Sakura first to make sure she stays calm and doesn't get all excited when she sees you two, said Lily. Sakura is a very unique young girl, just eight years old but she has a very complex and logical brain. She is not a fairy or pixie, she is a one of a kind Sakura that sounds a bit odd seeing that is her name also but just like you there is just one of her." Not only that, she is very smart, smarter than most adults but she loves to play and do anything fun. You will see what I mean when you two meet her." Lily went to the back door and knocked on it. Yeanny looked out the door. "Is that a real tiger? asked Yeanny. "Yep but very tame and won't hurt anyone. They both traveled a long way to get here with God's help," said Lily. Okay if God is involved then all will be good," said Yeanny. She called for Sakura. "Yes Mom, what do you want?" asked Sakura. "Your friend Lily is here and she brought two new friends for you to meet," said Yeanny. "Really where are they Lily?" asked Sakura. "First I need to tell you something before you can meet them. They are both very special and are a bit confused right now because they have never lived anywhere execept in a jungle before." "Okay, so you don't want me to act all excited then, right?" asked Sakura. "Exactly, these two traveled all the way from a jungle probably from the south continent to be here so this is very serious stuff," said Lily. "Okay I will be good," said Sakura. "Now, do you like tigers?" asked Lily. "I love tigers and lions but tigers are prettier, said Sakura. "Okay then, I have a big surprise for you and I want you to meet and talk to them by yourself while I talk to your parents, said Lily. Take my hand and lets go." Lily led Sakura to Tigressa and Shasta as her eyes opened wide when she saw them. "A real tiger and tiger lady, they are so beautiful," said Sakura. Now ask as many questions as you want and answer any questions Tigressa may have. That beautiful tiger's name is Shasta," said Lily. "I love that name, perfect name for a tiger," said Sakura. Okay I am going in to talk to you Mom and Zotac, said Lily then she went in the house. "Hello Sakura, it is nice to meet you," said Tigressa. "Wow it nice to meet you two. Were you born with tiger stripes?" asked Sakura. "Yes I was and I was raised from a baby in the jungle by a family of tigers, said Tigressa. Lily told me you have lots of friends here." "Yep, just about everyone in Fae Land, said Sakura. Does Shasta like to be patted? I love tigers the best out of all animals. Tigers are the prettiest." "Yes they are and yes she loves to be patted plus she likes giving rides too," said Tigressa. "Wow riding a tiger is a dream come true, said Sakura, Where do you live?" "Well if all goes well with your parents then we will living next to you I think," said Tigressa. "Really then I can come over and play with Shasta all the time?" asked Sakura. "Yes, I suppose so, said Tigressa. That is up to your parents though. They may not want a tiger living beside them." Are you kidding, they are wizards and afraid of nothing, said Sakura. You stay put, I will be right back."

Sakura went into the house and saw Lily talking to Yeanny and Zotac. "Mom, you have to let Tigressa, said Sakura. She is from the jungle and Tigressa needs help plus Tigressa said I could play with Shasta whenever I want, they are both really pretty too. You have to help Tigressa." Yeanny smiled, "Yes we know, said Yeanny. Lily explained everything to us. Can you send Tigressa in here please? Zotac and I would like to talk to her." "Okay, said Sakura and ran back out. "Tigressa, my Mom and Zotac want you to go inside so they can talk to you, said Sakura. Don't worry about Shasta, I will keep her company." "Okay, do you know what they are going to talk to me about?" asked Tigressa. "Nope, but I guess they just want to meet you first before they let you live beside us. Lily was smiling so that is a good sign," said Sakura. "Okay, now Shasta understands what people say to her so you can tell her a bit about yourself if you like," said Tigressa then she went into the house. "Hello Shasta looks like we are going to be good friends, said Sakura. I know lots of people that are going to love to meet you. Shasta seemed to smile at Sakura. So I am very light compared to Tigressa, do you think I can have a little ride? asked Sakura. Not far, just around the backyard. Shasta stood up for Sakura. "I guess that means yes, said Sakura. She flew up and landed on Shasta's back. "Okay, I am ready, not too fast though. I am not used to riding yet," said Sakura. Shasta began to walk around the backyard. "Maybe a bit faster now, said Sakura. Shasta began to run slowly now. "Weee! This is more like it, said Sakura. Look no hands!"

Yeanny asked Tigressa to have a seat beside her. "Well, aren't you such a beautiful young woman, said Yeanny. Lily here told us your story and how Ginger was having a problem trying to figure out where you should live. From the sound of Sakura outside she has already made friends with Shasta so I see no problem there. The thing I am concerned with after Lily makes a house for you is how are you going to pay for food and clothes plus other things you will need. Lily told us that you don't even know what money is." "Well I am not sure yet but Ivy said she would ask around and see if I could do some work for someone to make some money," said Tigressa. "Yes Ivy does have all the connections with people but you have a tiger that eats raw meat and lots of it I am guessing," said Yeanny. "Shasta eats once a day and always in the morning, said Tigressa. What Lily gave her today will last Shasta until tomorrow." "Yes we understand that, said Zotac but what about you? You need to eat and buy clothes. Lily won't be always around to make things for you." "I am not sure then. Alieta said the food at the palace is always free, said Tigressa. All I know is that this is all new to me. There is no such thing as money or gold coins in the jungle. We all lived off the land. Here everything is different and so confusing but the people I have met so far are very nice to me and Shasta. I can't go back to the forest so what do I do?" "Let Yeanny and Zotac help you," said Lily. She is a wizard and so is Zotac. They have already agreed to let me build a house for you beside them," said Lily. There is plenty of room here and Yeanny owns a bunch of it. So you two to tell Tigressa what you told me while I go out and make their new home." Lily then went outside. "Well then, enough with the questions, I just wanted to hear from you what you may of known about living in a community of people other than tigers, said Yeanny. It seems you need our help and we will teach you and make it so you will have no problem about money. I have more than I could ever spend." "Really, why would you do these things for me? You just met me," asked Tigressa. "Well first that is why we wanted to meet you but most important Sakura likes you two, said Yeanny. She has an amazing talent of seeing the good in people like no one else we know. She doesn't read people like Ivy, she can just tell some how. When she came in here to talk to us she said she wanted Zotac and I to help you, she didn't say help you and Shasta so she could play with a tame tiger, she just said you. Sakura doesn't say that to us very often. Actually I don't think she ever said that to me, said Zotac. She saw something special in you and that is why we are going to help you, said Zotac. Yes, now Lily will make enough food for the both of you that will last maybe a week but I am giving you a bag of gold coins that will let you buy everything you will need for a very long time. Zotac will teach you the value of each coin and I will help you with shopping and learning about everything in the house that Lily is making." This is so nice of you two, how can I ever repay you?" asked Tigressa. Just be a good neighbor and take care of Sakura for us when we go out shopping together, said Yeanny. That can be a job all by it's self."

Lily looked around the area where Yeanny told her would be a good place to put the home. This will work nicely, thought Lily. "First I need to fix the grass here like that next I need to make a flat base that will flatten the ground. Now let me think, probably a place like mine but bigger seeing both of them are larger than I am. All wood too like most of the other homes are made of here. Lily closed her eyes and imagined what it should look like then opened them, she put out her hands and a very nice all wooden cabin appeared. Okay that looks nice for them, a little fancier than my place with a porch and shelves over there. Let me put a plant on one so she knows what they are for. Now for the inside, this will be a bit trickier seeing she can't just make what they need at the time like me. I will have to just make everything and figure out the best place to put it. Tigressa can always move things around seeing she is nice and strong. Oh I better make that door a bit wider for Shasta too."

Okay where do I start, now, first a bed for Tigressa then a nice thick soft carpet for Shasta to sleep on. Pretty picture on the wall, I should put one of them on the wall at my place. A table and a couple of chairs like in Yeanny's kitchen. Yeanny can always make a bigger table and more chairs if they need it. Now for the cooking area. A sink and taps with running water, some cabinets also above and below the counter. I am not sure why Yeanny had so many but they must be needed. She will need a stove to cook on plus an ice box. I should fill that with ice and food now. Some vegetables, fruit, chocolate ice cream and lots of meat for Shasta. I didn't notice anything else in Yeanny's kitchen. Tigressa is going to need some dishes too, forks and spoons. Now all that side of the cabin is empty and ready for a couch. I'll put a rocking chair beside it, those are good for falling asleep on. Too much wood around to put in a fireplace so maybe an old fashion wood stove for sitting in front of on cooler nights. That is all I can think of. Just need to put some towels and tissue in the bathroom. Maybe I can get Ivy to ask Lilly from the fairy forest to come over and see what I have left out. I know I am leaving out some things. Anyways time to go see if everyone likes the place.

Lily went back to Yeanny's house and told them all that the cabin is done. "Go have a look at it and see what you think. I did the inside too and filled the ice box but I am sure I forgot some things. I have never furnished a place before. I can get Ivy to talk to Lilly in the cove so she can make whatever I forgot." "Don't worry about that, said Yeanny, I will check everything and then if needed I can make it and then take Tigressa to town and we will buy what ever she needs. "Okay, I am going back to the palace and let Ginger know everything has been taken care of, said Lily. See you all later." Then Lily flew off. "Okay lets go and see what Lily did for you Tigressa. From what I heard she is very good at magic," said Yeanny. When Lily reach the palace she found Ginger arguing with Oscar. "What's the problem here," asked Lily. "No problem, Oscar here thinks he knows more about running a business than I do," said Ginger. "How do you know anything about running a business Oscar?" asked Lily. "I have been around and seen many businesses start up and close because the person running it figured they knew everything and never changed with the times," said Oscar. "Hey I have been running all the financial business here in Fae Land since Alieta became queen. Nothing much has changed in all these years and things are just fine," said Ginger. "So nothing has changed here in like a thousand years?" asked Lily. "Nope, just more people are here and a new palaces," said Ginger. And what about that phone you carry around with you all the time, that is a change," said Lily. That just makes my job easier that's all," said Ginger. "What about all the landscape changes here?" asked Lily. They have no impact on Fae Land's economy, actually they will increase the economy and give people more to do and see how amazing it is here in Fae Land," said Ginger. "Okay, you seem to have everything well in control then. Ocar stop arguing with Ginger and making her mad, have you every run a business?" Well no but I have watched them," said Oscar. "That is not the same, until you start a business and it makes as much as Fae Land does then find something else to talk about, said Lily. Okay, said Oscar then flew up on the stone block. "I came to tell you all is taken care of with Tigressa and Shasta," said Lily. "So you found a place for them, I have to approve it first you know," said Ginger. "No you don't. Yeanny is letting them live beside her on her property," said Lily. "Really, how did you convince her to agree to that?" asked Ginger. "I just told her and Zotac Tigressa's story but Sakura was the one that sealed the deal. Because of that cute little girl Yeanny is going help Tigressa get on her feet here," said Lily. "Oh okay, Sakura can have a positive affect on people. So now I need to hire workers to build them the house," said Ginger. "Nope I all ready made it for them. A nice little cabin with plenty of room for both of them complete with running water and a kitchen plus all the furniture plus a little bathroom," said Lily. "Oh okay, well now there is just the cost of the building permit, said Ginger. If it just a cabin then it will only cost fifty dollars." "Really, but you did nothing to help them out," said Lily. "Don't matter, the law is the law, said Ginger. Is Yeanny paying for the permit?" "I sure she will but here have a look at this," said Lily then made a scroll of paper appear in her hand. "What is this?" asked Ginger. "It is my bill for building the house, doing the plumbing, setting up the kitchen and furnishing the place. I didn't charge for all the food I put in the ice box, that was my gift to them and I gave you a twenty percent discount because I know you are a real nice person and Alieta's best friend." said Lily "But you just used magic to do all this stuff and cost nothing," said Ginger. Don't matter, but if you had to get it done for them it shows what it would of cost you to do what I did, said Lily. It is all listed in categories alphabetically." Ginger opened the scroll. "What four thousand and twenty dollars! Don't you think that is a bit high for a cabin?" asked Ginger. Nope, it is actually a great deal, said Lily. I added an extra twenty dollars for the cost of me doing your job. Now I can make copies of it so you can show Alieta and who every does the accounting here. I will accept gold coins and just give them to Tigressa to use." "I can't submit this to the accountant she will drive me nuts with questions seeing there are no labor costs and Alieta will freak out on me," said Ginger. "Well the law is the law, said Lily. As you can see that paper is legal and I even signed it at the bottom," said Lily. "That is a drawing of a flower," said Ginger. "What did you expect a picture of a horse?" asked Lily. Now, if you waive the permit price and start caring more about Tigressa and Shasta than concerning yourself about things that really don't matter then I will make that bill disappear forever and tell no one about our deal." "Now that is a good deal," said Oscar. "Lily I have to give you credit, you played by my rules and won. I suppose change is due like Oscar said. I agree," said Ginger. The bill Ginger was holding vanished. "You know what you should do now," said Lily. "I suppose I should go and see the place," said Ginger. "Yes but more important, talk to Tigressa and get to know her and see how gentle and amazing Shasta is then welcome them to Fae Land. Alieta already did, now it is your turn being second in command as Sakura calls you." Ginger smiled. "You right, I will go as soon as I talk to Alieta and let her know you fixed everything for me. So Shasta is really that harmless to everyone?" asked Ginger. "Yep, she was letting Sakura ride on her back while I was making the cabin. Okay, I am heading back to my place to have a nap. Then Lily flew away. "Well that was fun and ended well," said Oscar. "Yes it did, said Ginger." "You know I like arguing with you, said Oscar. You are very smart and been around for a long time. You make good arguments for me to figure out." "Actually I have a feeling that I can never win an argument with you," said Ginger. Well Lily just showed me that you are great at running Fae Land so you won that one. Ginger smiled, "What do you say we be friends instead of arguing," said Ginger. "Finally, that is all I wanted to hear, being friends with the pretty elf in second command," said Oscar. "Now you say I am pretty, not just cute," said Ginger. "Yep your a knockout, said Oscar. If I was an elf I would bring you in the palace and order you something sweet to eat." Ginger smiled. "I know what you are doing," said Ginger. Come silly and I will bring you in and have the cook make you whatever you want. Really, that is so nice of you," said Oscar. "Yep that is what friends do for each other," said Ginger.

After everyone had a look inside Tigressa's new cabin. Zotac took Sakura back home to make her some lunch. This gave Yeanny a chance to look in all the cupboards and see what Lily had made in them. "Well Lily did forget a few things but nothing I can't make or go buy, said Yeanny. You need some cups and glasses plus cookware." "What is cookware?" asked Tigressa. "Pots and pans that you put food in to cook food with on the stove over there, said Yeanny. The ice box is well stocked but there are no spices for making the food taste better that you cook." "Do I have the stuff to make spaghetti with? That is what Alieta got for me at the palace, said Tigressa. It was really good." "Well you have the ground beef and tomatoes but no spices and pasta to make it. They sell all that stuff in the grocery story," said Yeanny. Yeanny made all the cups, pots and pans plus some cutting knives then sat down and watched Shasta rolling around on the carpet. "Well she looks happy on the carpet," said Yeanny. "Ya she is putting her scent on it, said Tigressa. Watch this." She went down on one knee and began rubbing Shasta's tummy. "She loves this the best. Now she will stay still until I stop," said Tigressa. "So are you up for a trip to town to get some of these supplies we need?" asked Yeanny. "Sure, is it far away? Well not for me but we best not bring Shasta into town just yet. People seeing a real tiger for the first time might cause a bit of a disruption in town. Will she be okay here alone?" asked Yeanny. "She will be fine. Maybe Sakura can come over and keep her company or play together in the yard," said Tigressa. "Okay I will have Zotac watch them to make sure Sakura doesn't ride off somewhere with her," said Yeanny. "That will be fine later when people know about you two but not today. Now first I need to give you more appropriate clothes before taking you there." "Why, I made these myself out of elk hide," said Tigressa. "That is interesting but the bottoms are too skimpy and many mothers bring their children with them to shop. Just trust me you need to change some," said Yeanny. "Okay, do you have anything I can wear instead?" asked Tigressa. I am a wizard and clothes are easy for me to make, said Yeanny. I will still keep you looking sexy though.
