"She does has she, there seems to be a lot of good luck going around here, I think she can read you like Ivy can read people," said Hennie. "I don't have any words written on me, said Haiku. There is nothing to read on me." Hennie smiled. "You haven't changed a bit my lovely little fairy friend. You have a natural gift of making people happy inside just like Ivy." "Who is Ivy?" asked Haiku. "Just one of the most wonderful girls in Fae Land, said Hennie. Every single person in Fae Land knows and loves her. "Wow, she must be very pretty and important then," said Haiku. "Yes she is both, so you two are off to the palace I presume," said Hennie. "Yep, I want Haiku meet Alieta and whoever else might be there. She doesn't get any visitors in the jungle," said Lily. "Good idea, you two have fun now, I am getting back to work,' said Hennie. "Make some purple flowers Hennie, they are my favorite colour and red plus blue and a bunch more, I guess all colours are my favorite," said Haiku. "Lets go Haiku," said Lily. "Okay bye, see you latter Hennie," said Haiku then off they went. "Amazing that little girl is just the same as when I first found her trying to make trees, just a bit taller but not much, thought Hennie. It is hard to believe she is so old and still looks like a child. Some fairies get all the breaks." They headed towards the elf village as Lily told Haiku what places were as they past them. Once they reached the palace Haiku stopped in mid air. "What is that?" asked Haiku. "That is Fae Land's palace where the Queen lives, said Lulu. "Wow she must be super big, that palace is huge." "Lily giggled. No silly, lots of other people live and work in there. Alieta is out front sitting on that couch beside the steps." "Oh okay, that makes more sense," said Haiku. "They flew down past Oscar and Lily put her arm around Haiku and said hi to Alieta. Alieta stood up and a smile came on her face. "Hello Lily, who might this be?" asked Alieta. "This is my new friend Haiku, she is a Jungle Fairy," said Lily. "Well hello Haiku, Toco mentioned you the last time we talked, said Alieta. He didn't say much other than you were a friend of his." "Yep I am friends with all the birds and animals in the jungle and forest, said Haiku. It is one of my jobs to make sure they are all happy." "That sounds like a big job," said Alieta. "Nope it is a fun job, said Haiku. A big job is when I have to make the jungle bigger with the other three fairies. It is big enough now for quite a while." "So it is you and three othre Forest Fairies that made that jungle so huge," said Alieta. "Yep we sure did, we all have our own areas of the jungle to take care of, said Haiku. You are very beautiful, I love you wings, so pretty and Queen like with a big touch of elegance. You look like a queen even though you don't dress like one. I can tell you don't like to look that different than others." Oh so you can read people too?" asked Alieta. "Read people? Hennie said Lily could read me like Ivy, said Haiku. I don't have any words on me and I don't see any on you either. Just pretty skin and hair." Alieta giggled. "So you met Hennie then?" asked Alieta. "Yep, I didn't recognize her at first but we go way back when I was just learning how to make trees and plants, she taught me how to make lots of different kinds of plant life, said Haiku. Hey look at the handsome owl up there." Then Haiku flew over to Oscar. "Isn't she the cutest thing you have seen, said Lily. Hennie said she has a natural talent of making a person feel happy inside." "Well she sure did make me feel good and yes she is very cute and young looking," said Alieta. "Yep, fairies are timeless and never look old because of all the good magic inside them. I would say Haiku has a lot more good magic inside her than most other fairies, she doesn't need a wand either," said Lily. "Yes I agree plus there is such a pure innocence about her," said Alieta. So you must of read her seeing you two became friends so fast," said Alieta. "Maybe," said Lily. "I know you can't help yourself from reading people so just tell me a few things about her please," said Alieta. "Alright but I am getting real good at not letting anyone know I can read them, and can stop it from going too deep," said Lily. "That's good so why does she look like a child, she must be pretty old seeing she knew Hennie before she came to Fae Land. Well she has been around for a long time, Hennie said she knew her a very very long time ago. I didn't read her that deep, once I saw she was a very good fairy with pretty strong magic I stopped, She was fun to listen to plus she made us a huge ball of chocolate ice cream that we all worked on eating but barely put a dent in it as Yeanny put it. She is ageless like all fairies are, I guess Jungle Fairies look yonger so animals will like them better. I did see she is very kind and loving especially to animals and birds, pretty much anything that is alive and good. She told me that she is scared of snakes and spiders but I saw she still likes them too because they have a purpose but a creepy one." "Well yes most girls find spiders and snakes creepy, said Alieta. But still she looks to be only fourteen years old. I guess that is the way she was meant to look, said Lily. She doesn't act like a child to me, I think she is extremely smart and can figure things out fast when needed. She takes care of pretty birds and harmless animals you take care of thousands complexed people and lots of them have problems and worries. None of the animals I meet there seemed to have any problems, they were very friendly and care free. The fact she can talk and listen to all animals and birds makes her very popular among them and she did say one of her jobs was to keep everyone in the jungle happy. Oscar sure looks happy now talking with Haiku. You can ask Fillina if you need to know more, or ask Ivy to read her deeper but I am not going to do that to such a nice person. But why bother, a little bit of mystery is good and she is definitely not causing any trouble while she is visiting." "Ya your right, she sure does look happy, said Alieta sorry for asking. Let's sit and listen to the two of them talk. They both sat down and had no problem hearing what Oscar and Haiku were talking about. You are the biggest owl I have ever seem, so handsome and looking very proud," said Haiku. "Well thank you, I am proud of who I am, said Oscar. You are the youngest looking fairy I have seen here so far." "I am young because he made me this way, all jungle Fairies have to look young and harmless. I like the way I look and so do all the animals and birds," said Haiku. "You were made? Weren't you born and grew from a baby?" asked Oscar. "I have no memory of being anything but the way I am now so I suppose God made me this way for a reason, said Haiku. He always has good reasons you know." "Yes so I have heard, said Oscar. What do you do for fun in that big jungle?" "I play a lot, mostly with the deer, said Haiku. They love hopping around trying to catch me . The apes are fun too, they are very smart animals and can play hide and seek with me. I love swimming with Hollie the hippo. She is a real good underwater swimmer. There is always something fun to do in the jungle. Now that I have some friends, I hope they will come and visit me and play." "Hey Lily, do you like to play?" asked Oscar. "Yes I do," said Lily. "Good so does Haiku. You should bring her to meet Sakura. That is a girl that can play big time," said Oscar. "What do you think Haiku, do you want to go meet Sakura? asked Lily. Tigressa and Shasta went there after coming out of the jungle with us." "Maybe, what is she like?" asked Haiku. "Hard to explain other that she is a young girl with pink wings, eyes and hair that has a very logical mind but loves playing and eating ice cream." "She sounds nice, what is a logical mind?" asked Haiku. "She is just eight years old but is very smart and learns things quickly but she will take things literally as you talk to her, said Lily. Kind of like you so you will get along with her nicely." "Okay, pink girl that likes to play is good enough for me, said Haiku. When can we go?" "In a few minutes, said Alieta. Ivy is heading over here and I want her to meet you also." "Oh the very pretty girl that is important here. Okay I would like to meet her too," said Haiku. "This will be fun to watch, said Alieta. Ivy flew down beside Haiku that scared Oscar and made him fly over to the back of the couch. "Wow that girl needs a horn to let people know she is coming," said Oscar. Alieta smiled. "Best you let them get to know each other, said Alieta. I just want to see how Ivy reacts to Haiku once she reads her." Haiku jumped up on her knees and smiled at Ivy. "Hi, I'm Haiku. You are very pretty, said Haiku, you have beautiful green eyes like me. I love your hair, especially the tails with the green bows. She reached out an took one of the bows in her hand and looked down at it. So pretty, I am going to grow my hair long like you then make tails like this. Do you think I would look pretty with tails?" asked Haiku. "You look pretty now but I suppose tails would look good on you too," said Ivy. "Does someone cut your hair for you?" "Nope I do it myself, said Haiku. Hardest part is the back so sometimes I will get Gordon to snip it straight for me." "Who is Gordon?" asked Ivy. "He is my gorilla friend. He is really smart and we play together sometimes with his friends in the jungle," said Haiku. "Really a gorilla, that is an interesting friend to have," said Ivy. "All my friends are interesting in the jungle, said Haiku. Lily is going to take me to play with Sakura, the pink girl, do you want to come with us? asked Haiku. I would like to but I have some things to do, said Ivy. Oh, important stuff I bet," said Haiku, Lily said you did important stuff here I do important stuff too sometimes. Okay, maybe next time we meet we can play together. Lets go Lily, Ivy can't come with us, she has things to do." Lily looked at Alieta and smiled then she flew up some." Okay let's go, follow me, said Lily then they both flew away. "So Ivy what did you see in this girl. I didn't read her, said Ivy. She told me her name and oviously she was okay seeing you and Lily were here. I did sense she was very white and probably the happiest person I have ever met. Why, did you need me to read her for some reason?" "No I guess not, I could tell she was a very nice girl too," said Alieta. "So where is this jungle she mentioned? When they reached Sakura's place she was riding Shasta around in her backyard. "There is Sakura on the tiger, she loves riding Shasta, said Lily. That cabin beside them I made for Tigressa and Shasta so it's not hard to find their places when you want to come back, they are the first two homes in the elf village. Let's go down there and let me introduce you." They flew down and as soon as Sakura saw them she jumped off of Shasta. "Hi Sakura, I want you to meet a new friend of mine, her name is Haiku," said Lily. "Really, where did you find her?" asked Sakura. We met Haiku when Tigressa and Shasta brought me to see the jungle this morning," said Lily. "Really, why didn't you take me with you?" asked Sakura. "It was very early and you were not up yet, said Lily. "Oh okay, so is she a fairy like you?" asked Sakura. "Not like me but a different kind of fairy, said Lily. She is a Jungle Fairy. "Wow, that is different," said Sakura. "You two get to know each other, I am sure that both of you will like each other," said Lily. "Can I talk to Sakura now?" asked Haika. "Yep go ahead, said Lily. Haiku flew over to Sakura. "You are very cute like me, I love your hair, so pink like your eyes and wings, said Haiku. I met Ivy not long ago, she is pretty with green hair and eyes. I have green eyes too see," and Haiko opened her eyes wide for Sakura. "They are a pretty green like Ivy's, said Sakura. I have wings like Ivy but mine are pink. You have very pretty green wings, very fancy, can you fly fast like me? I can fly super fast when I want to especially when I get small," "Me too," said Haiku. "Do you want to play with Shasta and me, she loves playing and giving rides." "Yep I love playing, said Haiku. I play with most the animals in the jungle all the time." Wow that must be a lot of fun," said Sakura. "Where is Tigressa, Sakura? asked Lily. In the house talking to my Mom," said Sakura. "Okay, I'm going in there to chat with them also, said Lily. You two be good." "We will," said Sakura and Haiku at the same time. After Lily went in the back door, Sakura asked Haiku, what she wanted to play. "Maybe ride Shasta like you were doing, I have never ridden a tiger before," said Haiku. "Good idea, lets both ride her together," said Sakura. "Really, do you think she will like both of us on her back?" asked Haiku. "Should be okay, we are both very light plus Shasta is big and strong, said Sakura. Let's find out. Shasta can you give both of us a ride together?" Shasta stood up straight and smiled. "See she knows we are light, said Sakura. It is going to be so much fun having a Jungle Fairy as a friend." "Yep you can come and visit me and we can play with the deer and play hide and seek with the gorillas, said Haiku. The monkeys are fun too, they just love to play all the time." "Sounds like we are always going to have something fun to do now, said Sakura. Okay I will get on first and hang on to Shasta then you get on behind me and hand on to my hips." "Okay, good plan," said Haiku. They both got on Shasta as Sakura instructed then got ready. "Okay you hang on tight, said Sakura. I will, don't worry about me, I am afraid of nothing, except spiders and snakes," said Haiku. Sakura smiled. Okay Shasta, back and forth from my backyard to yours and go faster this time, said Sakura. Okay you ready Haiku?" "Yep, ready and waiting, said Haiku. Lets go Shasta!" said Sakura. Shasta took off fairly fast and ran back and forth from one back yard to another. Penny and Sally were watching them from Penny's backyard." "Things are going to be very interesting around her now," said Sally. Yep, interesting and a lot of fun," said Penny. The End
